I am a conductor, educator, and mentor committed to helping musicians understand how gesture creates sound. My work focuses on clarity, listening, and musical response—supporting conductors in developing the skills and judgment needed to lead rehearsals with intention and confidence.

From Gesture to Sound grew out of years of teaching and observing early-career conductors who work hard, prepare carefully, and still struggle to hear the response they imagine. This pedagogy exists to bridge that gap through reflective practice, shared language, and listening-centered leadership.
